Delivery and return times
1- Delivery of goods:
Parcels are delivered by our logistics department from Monday to Friday, depending on the mode of transportation selected at the time of your order. We deliver throughout the whole territory of the European Union.
Delivery costs include transportation, packaging and handling. All deliveries are tracked and usually require a signature upon receipt. Shipping costs depend on the weight of the parcel and the carrier selected. All shipping costs are quoted in Euros and include VAT.
Delivery times are quoted at checkout and range from 7 to 14 working days. In case of emergency, please allow for a maximum delivery date.
Delivery times may be extended compared to the indicated delivery times in the following cases: public holidays, extraordinary stop of carriers, customs formalities, possible delays after customs formalities.
To facilitate the delivery of your parcel, we advise you to check the correctness of your delivery address. Feel free to indicate in the Address 2 field any information you consider necessary for a better delivery (door code, name of the person receiving the parcel, ...). Likewise, to be delivered faster, feel free to include the address of your work. In this case, include the name of the company and the name of the person receiving the package.
In case of missing or damaged packaging affecting the goods, you must make a reserve at the time of delivery when signing the contract with the customer. Please check the suitability of the packaging. We also remind you that the risk of loss or damage is transferred to the customer when the customer receives the order.

2- Specific deliveries:
Bulk packages, bulk items
In cases where the package is too large or heavy and cannot be delivered by your chosen mode of transportation and carrier, we will adapt the choice of carrier according to the package and delivery requirements. Additional shipping charges are to be paid by the customer.
Parcels, one of whose dimensions exceeds 1 meter, cannot be delivered by a certain carrier. In this case, we may select another carrier.
Products Hazardous:
Certain products deemed hazardous may result in us causing you to have them delivered by a different carrier in order to comply with the laws relating to those products. This may occur with express shipping when packages are shipped by air.
Destinations difficult to reach:
Some remote or hard-to-reach destinations may not be delivered by the transportation company you selected when you placed your order. In this case, we will have to change to an equivalent service if it exists with another transportation company. If this is not possible, we will notify you to arrange better transportation with you.

3- Returns and exchanges:
You have the right to cancel this contract without giving any reason within 14 days. The opt-out period expires 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier appointed by you takes physical possession of the last goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal declaration by e-mail (contact link on our website) or by post to the following address.

You can use the withdrawal form model, but it is not mandatory. For the withdrawal period to be respected, it is sufficient for you to send a message regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Terms and Conditions and Refunds:
Following your return request, we will send you a return label for shipment to France, Germany, Belgium, Spain and Luxembourg.
You will need to send back or return the goods complete and in perfect condition, without undue delay and quoting the order number to the following address.

Returns are made at the expense of the buyer in full.
Conditions and payment:
In the event of a recall, ADAVENTUR will refund the full value of the returned products without undue delay and, in any case, no later than seven (7) days from the date ADAVENTUR receives the return of your product.
ADAVENTUR reserves the right to delay refunds until it receives the Products or until you provide proof of shipment of the Products, whichever comes first.
You will be responsible for any loss of value of the Products and their original packaging resulting from any handling of the Products in excess of that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, proper functioning and marketability of the returned Product. In such case, ADAVENTUR will notify you as soon as possible of the possible refusal of a refund and return the damaged Product.
Exclusion from the right of refusal:
The exercise of the right of refusal is excluded in the following cases:
contracts for products that have been printed by the consumer after delivery and that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons (safety helmet, belt, rope, climbing equipment...),
products that may spoil or deteriorate quickly.
Products customized or made especially for the customer: any goods drilled, cut to size according to the customer's request, ropes cut to size, thermoformed shoes, etc.
4- Return and exchange process:
To facilitate your choice of model or size, we offer you returns and exchanges within the European Union using exclusively the shipping method of our choice.
For any return and/or exchange, a request must be made either by mail through the contact form, using the access request for returns, or by phone or chat.
Once the return/exchange has been accepted, we will send you a return form to stick on the parcel.
A - Exchange Case:
If you wish to exchange, please indicate the article you wish to exchange (specify model, size and color). A new order will be created.
The reference price of the item you wish to exchange for will be the price in effect at the time of the exchange request.
If there is a difference in price from the original order, you will either be refunded the difference if the price is lower or we will ask you to pay extra if the price is higher.
B - Refund Case:
You will receive a refund, no later than within 7 days after we receive the refund.
5- How is the return and exchange process?
You can send us the item yourself, in which case the return costs will also be at your expense.
For any return and/or exchange, the request must be made by email via the contact form using the return request access.
Once the return/exchange has been accepted by us and the shipping cost has been paid, we will send you a return invoice to be affixed to the parcel. After that you will only have to hand over the parcel to DPD transportation company.
The return fee will be charged according to the DPD tariffs for your region.
